parts of the world do you ship to?
We ship to all parts of the USA and Canada. We also ship to military
addresses etc.
How
long of a ribbon can I make?
You can make a cut ribbon up to 21" inches (that's one of the reasons
we're so special ). And you can use up to 41
characters on the ribbon.
Do
you print on both sides of the ribbon? front and back?
No we do not print on both sides of the ribbon front and back. Just both
sides of one side of the ribbon, left and right side.
What is double or single face ribbon
Double face means the ribbon is shiny on both sides and single face
means it is shiny on 1 side and matte on the other.
What
color imprinting do you have?
Our imprinting colors at the moment
are gold, silver, black, green, blue.
Can
you print logos on your ribbon?
Not on our 3/8" and 5/8" wide ribbon.
How
long have you been selling ribbon?
We have been in business on the internet since November of 2003.

should I use you people for my ribbon?
Well, we provide more personalized service than most. Every order is
treated as our first order. Customer satisfaction is our sole goal and
it gives us pleasure in providing quality service to all the brides,
hobbyists and more. We are also very flexible when it comes to the design of your
personalized ribbon.

All pricing is in USA dollars
How long will my order take to ship?
It takes 5 business days for printing before being shipped out.
How long does it normally take to arrive after shipping?
Orders will typically arrive in 5 days. But add a week to be
sure. We have no control over the postal system.
What if I make a mistake while ordering? How can I
correct or cancel an order?
Email customer service to make a correction ASAP. Since we go over
your order again after your online transaction you will have a little
time to correct the situation.
Where can you ship your ribbon?
Our ribbon can is shipped to all states and provinces in the USA and
Canada plus most places around the world, like Australia, England and
more.
Of what quality is your ribbon?
We use only the best premium beaded edge satin and polyester ribbon to produce
only the best quality products.
What color should I choose?
See "Color Chart" for details. We have both single face and double face ribbon. Also see our color disclaimer
about colors and your monitor.
Do you offer a guarantee? What if I don’t like
my ribbon choice, or get the wrong color?
This is a customized service. If you are not satisfied with the printed ribbon after it is
shipped to you, you can get a 100% refund on the order. You must first
send
the ribbon back to us. And make sure it is before the event date that you have stated
on your ribbon, and/or within 14 days of receiving your ribbon order.

What fonts sizes and font styles do you use?
Check Out Our Color Chart Page To Find Out. We use fonts that are best
suited for foil imprinting, so your letters do not fill in when printed.

Our rates are typically $20 USD to most places around the world.
